My son and I had a great time...Captain John put us on Reds and Trout and we caught lots of fish. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the fish....I highly recommend him
My wife and I had a great time fishing with Capt. John! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He explained his strategy for fishing in each spot and then with in minutes and sometimes seconds there was a bit. As someone who hasn't fished much in years and a wife who is a beginner, this trip really exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for the fun trip!
I had a fantastic charter with Capt. John Kumiski. This particular trip was more of a wildlife tour than a fishing charter, because I needed to take pictures of Florida plants and wildlife for one of my classes. Whether he was pointing out species of birds, or identifying several species of plants, or catching fish, he served as an incredibly knowledgeable guide.
Since most people visiting this site will be more interested in fishing than looking at wildlife, here’s a little bit about my first charter. I had never been fishing before and he was very patient with me. After getting the basics down he pointed out exactly where the fish were. Several misses later, I finally got my first bite and Capt. John was just as excited as I was. I reeled it in, got a few photos, and let my first redfish go. It was awesome!
